Maybe it’s because of my French heritage, but I’ve always felt a strong connection between two of my most passionate loves—cooking and interior design. The colors, patterns and textures of fruit and vegetables, of flowers and grain, and the most elegant way to prepare and present them, are to me intimately related to the process of creating a perfect interior scheme. I use the same avenues in my brain to do both, and they are both constantly informing and inspiring each other—sort of a cross-fertilization of creative energy.
